Another mushroom ID - Shaggy Parasol?

Here's my next ID - I did better with this one and I think its a shaggy parasol:

## Habitat ##
Time picked: mid Oct
Location: grass in front garden, previously location of conifer (9 months ago), shop-bought compost recently laid down
Habit: 2 fungi in clump

All data is for mature fruitbody

Smell: a little like a domesticated, but more perfumed

## Cap ##
Dia (mature): 7cm
Shape: Slightly hat-like (conical)
Margin: Slightly inrolled
Veil: none present
Texture: Firm, slightly fibrous
Skin: smooth at centre, scales midway out, fibrils at circumference
Colour: mid brown at centre, breaking up to off-white under scales and at fibrils
Gills: free, cream colour, very crowded, flexible
Spore print: White

## Stem ##
Length (mature): 13cm
Colour: off-white with brown tinges
Ring: Very prominent double, movable, near top of stem, 5cm dia
Shape: Straight
Texture: woody, fibrous, bruises pinky-brown
Attachment to cap: At centre

if it is a shaggy parasol (and I'm looking for guidance here!) then yes, BUT some people have a bad reaction to them, either in terms of a skin rash or stomach upset. My next-door neighbour works at Kew, and he's happy to eat them, but he's also 17 and therefore immortal.

Yes they are shaggy parasol. You can see that it's physically similar to your previous mushroom, save for the brown flecks on the cap and the extent of the ring. They can be told from Field Parasol by the slight red staining of the flesh in Shaggy and the lack of brown snake-like marking as seen on the stem of field parasols.

I would be happy enough to eat this. It works best dipped in tempura-style batter and made into fritters, served with chilli sauce. As for stomach upsets, some are susceptible, some are not and there is only one way to find out...
