it can get a bit gloopy, but it´s amazing how much milk our bread will absorb! my kids liked it very moist, but you could always add a bit of flour for a drier consistency.

Might just haveto experiment a bit.... :iconbiggrin:

Following on from this thread I made some yesterday. I used Eggs this time and added some Porridge Oats as well. It was really nice, and not so different from the previous recipe.

Love this recipe, and I also love summe fruits pudding, which is almost the same but you add summer berries to the bread mould and serve with cream. Too yumm!
