At least the Peaks butcher delivers to Europe, but postage at £25.89 for 2kg is rather out of the question.
Not that it bothers me as my own sausages are excellent, I know exactly what's in them (no saltpetre) and they take next to no time to make, so all rather academic.

Why the hell pay ludicrous sums of money for sausages? Bit of shoulder,bit of belly porkand a processer/coffee grinder/whatever,make your own.Zillions of recipes,any half decent butcher will flog you a few casings,and add any weird ingredients you want.

Couldn't agree more OJ, plus a cheapo Lidl sealant gun to fill the casings.
I use collagen casings which keep forever and can easily be mailed across borders.

I live alone, am not short of a bob or two, don't eat many sausages, and have a tiny fridge / freezer which is completely stuffed already. Any more than a couple at a time would just go to waste, and making them in such small batches doesn't seem an especially good use of my time. Not when I'm just up the road from probably the best sausage maker in the world... the best sausages round here come from a man selling "gigglypig" sausages. the man running the stall is close to the lady who "grows" the meat, makes the sauages and he was quite proud to tell me he's pretty much able to tell you which pig the pork products came from... the faggots are fricking AMAZING too.
