MrsF, I agree, I just try to do what I think is right, I don't need someone else giving me a telling off for having a bag of chips.
This is my Milk Chocolate Chip Cookie Diet
No Milk (or cheese)
No Chocolate
No Chips (crisps etc)
No Cookies (cakes etc)
Its easy to stick to and no one is going to get you to count flippin calories.
I have still got my HUGE baby belly - I gained 5 stone when I was preggers, problem is, I am really active and have beautifully toned arms and legs (and bum

) but, basically I still look pregnant, Just a big bag of empty skin and blubber hanging off me, yuch!
Anyway I refuse to diet until I stop being on my feet doing physical work, all the time, I need the sustinance to keep me going, besides it will go eventually... won't it
