But it's ok to discuss caffeine and alcohol?
How is what I wish to discuss inappropriate if you talk about alcohol?
This is like trying to convince a K.K.K. member that black people aren't so bad.
This is ridiculous.
Obviously nobody can give me a straight answer.

Re: WHAT THE HECK?
Give me some clear, sensible rules and I'll follow them. Right now they make no sense what so ever... I don't know what plants I can and can't talk about! Datura for example... it can help reduce nausea but it's also psychoactive and it's legal.... So can I talk about it or not? If not... why? GIVE ...

Re: WHAT THE HECK?
What I'd really like is a clear statement of the rules... What I got at first was "keep it legal" which is totally understandable.... now I'm getting "only talk about culturally sanctioned psychoactives such as alcohol and caffeine"... that disappoints me.... THIS IS NOT AN UNRE...

Re: Psychoactives used by other cultures are inappropriate?
I am an active contributor to the bit which is mainly about the manufacture of alcoholic drinks - but that's about people who want to save money by making their own beer or wine rather than an extolling of the virtues of alcohol. There's a slight difference. This is what I'm talking about.... "...

Re: Psychoactives used by other cultures are inappropriate?
Yes, Amanita muscaria can be semi-poisonous. I am mostly discussing it because it is 100% legal in all areas of the world and also has psychoactive effects.

Psychoactives used by other cultures are inappropriate?
I find it very disturbing that drugs like caffeine are acceptable to talk about but plants with such rich histories as Amanita muscaria and Lophophora williamsii are deemed "inappropriate". Is it inappropriate to talk about other religions? I am part Native American and it is highly offens...

Re: Hi I'm Teotzlcoatl
No games. Your telling me that some psychoactives like caffeine are ok but other psychoactive like Amanita muscaria are not ok (even tho they are also legal) because they have different effects? :dontknow: Seems like what your saying is that legality doesn't matter, I'm just not supposed to talk abo...

Teotzlcoatl is a made up name.
Coatl means snake in the Aztec language.
I'm still not sure what I can and cannot talk about...

Re: Hi I'm Teotzlcoatl
No, it can't.The only conversations we have had previously about psychoactive substances have regarded whether hemp can be turned ito Marijuana, because a member found some growing in their garden.

Re: Hi I'm Teotzlcoatl
Yes Amanita muscaria and Caapi are both legal in the U.K. and all over the world. There are other psychoactives that are also legal. If legality is the problem, then I can work around that. Please abide by the rules. I'm trying! Please make the rules clear. Is legality the issue or psychoactives in ...
