a brief update! i have discovered 1 meter gardening so I am going to attempt a try at that!! some of the patches are dug up waiting to be planned and planted!

What a result, my querys are being answered!! My hair is still, happy, not itchy, flaky or dry (as mentioned above, i pull the oils to the end tips - ) anyway its working for me. when i was using shampoo, i found that if i didnt use conditioner my hair would be textured tangled and dry, it was nessary to condition in be handleable. so i would use a conditioner.
